摘　　要：目的 :研究高乌甲素的抗炎作用。方法 :采用多种致炎剂引起大、小鼠炎症模型进行实验。结果 :高乌甲素对二甲苯、角叉菜胶、甲醛、完全弗氏佐剂致肿及琼脂肉芽肿增生均有明显抑制作用。结论 :高乌甲素具有抗急。Object: To study the anti inflammatory effect of lappaconitine(LAP).Methods: The inflammatory models were used induced by injection differen inflammatory agents in mice and rats. Results: LAP(8 and 16mg/kg ig)inhibited the edema of hind paw induced by injection of carrageenin,formaldehyde and Freund's complete adjurvant in rats. It inhibited the swelling of mouse ear induced by xylene in mice. It also inhibited the proliferation of granuloma induced by injection of agar in rats. Conclusion: LAP possess marked anti inflammatory effect both on acute and chronic inflammation.
