摘　　要：目的 :探讨用不同方法处理的含沥水调脂胶囊药物血清对弱氧化型低密度脂蛋白诱导血管平滑肌细胞增殖的影响。方法 :用3 H TdR掺入法观察不同浓度 3种含药血清对 2种浓度mox LDL诱导VSMCDNA合成率变化的影响。结果 :除蛋白含药血清可抑制mox LDL诱导的VSMCDNA合成率增加 ,而未经处理和灭活含药血清无明显影响。结论 :在血管平滑肌增殖研究中 。Objective: To explore the effect of different pre treated serum containing Lishui Tiaozhi Capsule (LSTZ) on proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells induced by mildly oxidized low density lipoprotein. Methods: Serum containing LSTZ was divided into three groups, inactivated by incubation at 56℃, removed protein with methanol and active serum. Using 3H thymidine incorporation assay to detect ratio of DNA synthesis of VSMC treated by different concentrations of serum containing LSTZ(5,10 and 20%) and mox LDL(5 and 10μg/ml). Results: In three kinds of pre treated serum containing LSTZ, serum containing LSTZ removed protein not only could inhibit the 3H thymidine incorporation causing by mox LDL with two kinds of concentration but also in a concentration dependent manner, and the 3H thymidine incorporation of 20% serum containing LSTZ concentration group was significant lower than controll group. Conclusion: It may eliminate the obstruction of serum to remove protein in serum containing LSTZ in study on proliferation of VSMC.
