摘　　要：目的 :探讨 β -连接素在人子宫内膜组织中的表达与不明原因不孕症的关系。 方法 :采用免疫组化SP法 ,检测 35例正常及 4 1例不明原因不孕症子宫内膜 β -连接素的表达水平。 结果 :正常组各期子宫内膜腺上皮和间质细胞均见β-连接素的表达 ,增生期仅有弱表达 ,在分泌中期表达最强。不孕组腺上皮和间质细胞增生期仅有弱表达 ,分泌期表达显著增加 (P <0 .0 5 )。分泌中期与早、晚期比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;且各期表达量均低于正常组。结论 :β-连接素在人子宫内膜腺上皮和间质细胞规律性表达 ,其表达异常 。Objective The expression of β-catenin in human endometrium tissue and its relationship with unidentified reason infertility were investigated. Methods The level of expression of β-catenin in 35 normal endometrium and 41 unidentified reason infertility was measured by immuno-histochemical method(SP technique). Results The expression of β-catenin in glandular epithelium and stromal cells was inspected in every phase of normal endometrium, the weak expression was presented during proliferative phase,and the highest expression in mid-secretory phase.In glandular epithelium and stromal cells,the weak expression was presented during proliferative phase in infertility,and the expression in secretory phase was significantly higher ( P <0.05). Between the expression of mid-secretory and early or late secretory phase, the difference wasn't significantly ( P >0.05); the expression of every phase was lower than that in normal endometrium. Conclusion β-catenin in glandular epithelium and stromal cells express regularly;perhaps infertility was due to its abnormal expression.
