稀土复合物在塑料改性中的应用

摘　　要：重点介绍北京燕山石化树脂应用研究所使用广东省炜林纳功能材料有限公司生产的稀土复合物在聚丙烯改性研究中的工作,对添加稀土复合物的实验样品结晶形态、结晶温度、结晶度、结晶速率以及宏观性能如力学性能、热性能、冲击性能等进行全面详尽的研究,全面评价了稀土复合物的实际应用效果。实验结果表明,稀土复合物为聚丙烯β晶型的有效成核剂,可诱发稳定的β晶。The PP modification work developed by the Resin Application Research Institute of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co. by the use of rare earth composite manufactured by Guangdong Winner Functional Material Co.Ltd.was introduced.The crystalline morphology,crystallization temperature,crystallinity,crystallization rate and mechanical properties,thermal properties of the rare earth added composite samples were comprehensively studied and the real application effects of rare earth composite were completely evaluated.The experiment results demonstrated that rare earth composite was an effective nucleator for β crystalline form PP,inducing stable β crystal.
