摘 要:研究了含醚键的离子交换树脂对重金属离子Cu2+和Pb2+的吸附性能,分析了该离子交换树脂的吸附动力学,对吸附时间、Cu2+离子和Pb2+离子浓度及pH值等因素对该树脂吸附性能的影响作了系统考察,并对该离子交换树脂的吸附机理及再生方法进行了初步探讨.结果表明,在温度为25℃、pH值为4.5的条件下,该离子交换树脂对Cu2+和Pb2+离子的吸附容量可达到2.3mol/kg左右,去除率均可达到97.5%以上,并适合处理含低浓度Cu2+离子或Pb2+离子的废水.吸附了重金属离子的离子交换树脂可用5%~10%的盐酸再生并回收重金属离子.图2,表4,参10.The adsorption properties of ion exchange resin containing ether linkage were studied for heavy metal ions such as Cu^(2+ )and Pb^(2+).Adsorption dynamics of the ion exchange resin was analysed,the effects of adsorption properties for adsorbing time,Cu^(2+) and Pb^(2+ )concentration,pH value were investigated,the adsorption mechanism and regeneration method of the ion exchange resin were also discussed primarily.The results showed that adsorption amount of this resin for Cu^(2+ )or Pb^(2+) was 2.3mol/㎏ or so,and the adsorption ratio for Cu^(2+ )or Pb^(2+) was over 97.5% under the condition of temperature 25 ℃ and pH value 4.5,and wastewater treatment containing low Cu^(2+) or Pb^(2+ )concentration was especially fitable with the ion exchange resin.The resin adsorbing heavy metal ions can be regenerated by 5%~10% hydrochloric,and heavy metal ions can be retrieved.2figs.,4tabs.,10refs.
