摘　　要：本文用 AES 方法研究硬酯酸 LB 膜与 AL_2O_3、Ni 膜衬底间的离子交换反应.用 SEM 方法观察淀积在这两种薄膜衬底上的最初几层硬酯酸膜与 AL_2O_3、Ni 间不同相互作用引起的 LB 膜表面形貌上的差异,并分析了实验结果.This paper introduction to the AES's method to research the L—B film of stearic acid made ion's exchange response with the Al_2O_3 Ni film's underneath layer.And then,make the SEM's method to observ that first of a few layer of stearic acid's films differently interatived with Al_2O_3、Ni on this two kind of film's underneath layer causted differentiation of the L—B film surface's shape,and anagised the experiment's result.
