复配型皮革加脂剂的制备

摘　　要：将硫酸化猪油乙酸、植物油酸二乙醇酰胺丁二酸酯、土耳其红油按 1～ 1 5∶1～ 1 2∶1的比例加入溶剂白油中 ,再加入脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯类助剂 ,制备了复配型皮革加脂剂 ,并介绍了这些原料的制备方法。该加脂剂成革丰满 ,手感好 ,无油腻感 ,原料易得 ,可以充分利用下脚油脂。The compound fatting agent is prepared by adding sulfated l ar d acetic acid, olediethanolamide succinate, Turkey red oil in white oil as raw m aterials at weight ratios of w(sulfated lard acetic acid)∶w(ol ediethanolamide succi- nate)∶w(Turkey red oil)=1～1.5∶1～1.2∶1, and adding fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester as auxiliar y . The production methods for each raw material are introduced separately. The leather with chubbiness, good handle and without fatty feel can be produced with this fatting agent conveniently available from garbage grease as raw material.
