摘 要:本文对优质速生阔叶木三倍体毛白杨进行了P-RCAPMP法制浆。通过对制浆过程中各影响因素的探讨及单段和两段浆料性能的比较发现,化学预处理中NaOH用量和H2O2用量是影响浆料性能的主要因素,其中NaOH用量对浆料强度影响较大,H2O2用量对浆料白度影响较大。NaOH和H2O2在段间的不同分配及NaOH和H2O2不同用量比例也影响浆料的最终性能。单段预处理与两段预处理P-RCAPMP浆相比,在相同打浆度和相同化学药品用量下,两段预处理P-RCAPMP浆具有较高的白度和强度,较低的光散射系数和不透明度。The technology parameters in the P-RC APMP process of fast-growi ng hardwood and the comparison of P-RC APMP with one/two stage of pretreatment we re investigated in this paper. The results showed that in the chemical pretreatm ent the charge of NaOH and H2O2 were the main factors that affected the pulp qua lities. The charge of NaOH, especially in the first stage of chemical pretreatme nt, was related to pulp strength. the charge of H2O2 contributed much to brightn ess of the resultant pulp. In addition, the ratio of NaOH to H2O2 and the distri bution of chemicals in the first and second stage of impregnation also affected the pulp qualities. The comparison between P-RC APMP with one stage and two sta ge of pretreatment illustrated that the pulp from two stages of pretreatment P-RC APMP had higher brightness and breaking length, lower light scatting coeffici ent and opacity.
