吻合器痔切闭术治疗重度内痔(附30例报告)

摘　　要：目的 :探讨国产吻合器行痔切闭术治疗重度内痔的可行性和安全性。方法 :采用江苏常州康迪公司生产的痔专用吻合器对 30例重度内痔 ( °～ °内痔 )患者施行手术治疗。男 19例 ,女 11例 ,平均年龄 5 2岁。结果 :平均手术时间 10 min,全部病例均 1次切闭完成。术后平均住院 4 d,2 7例患者对手术满意 ,3例患者术后经部分取钉后满意。随访 0 .5～ 1年 ,无肛门刺激、狭窄、失禁、复发和排便障碍等并发症。结论 :吻合器痔切闭术具有手术简单安全 ,疗效确切 ,住院时间短 ,并发症少 ,痛苦小 ,恢复快等特点。远期疗效有待进一步观察。Objective:To demonstrate the feasibility and safety of excision-closed hemorrhoidectomy for treating severe internal hemorrhoids by using the hemorrhoids stapler device which was made in China.Methods:Thirty cases (19 males and 11 femals,mean age 52 years) with Ⅲ°～Ⅳ° severe internal hemorrhoids were treated by using the hemorrhoidal stapler device made by Kangdi Company in Changzhou Jiangsu Province.Results:The operation lasted for an average of 10 minutes .All the operations were finished well in the first excision with an average of four days in hospital.Twenty seven patients were very satisfied with the operations. So were the other three patients after some nails were taken out.The complications afler operations disappeared after correct treatment and taking Chinese medicine.The follow up period was from 6 months to 1 year.No stricture was found and no complications of andl incontinence or bleeding were recorded.Conclusion:This new technigue is simple,safe,effective, causing minimal Pain,less complications and easy to recover.However,long-term therapuetic effectis still under observation.
