摘  要:制备了尼龙 10 10 /石墨梯度材料涂覆汽车花键轴。考察了其涂装工艺和涂层性能 ,进行了涂覆花键轴的台架试验和道路行驶试验 ,并与尼龙 11涂覆花键轴进行对比。结果表明 ,采用双枪静电喷涂技术可以在花键轴表面由内到外涂覆尼龙 10 10到尼龙 10 10 /石墨的梯度材料 ,环氧树脂粘合剂的涂覆改善了涂层与花键轴之间的粘合力 ,其复合涂层具有优良的综合性能 ;尼龙 10 10与石墨组成的梯度材料能明显提高花键轴的使用寿命 ,性能与尼龙The automobile spline shaft coated with nylon 1010/graphite graded composites was developed. The coating process and coat properties were discussed. The bench test and riding test on the coated spline shaft were carried out. And the properties of nylon 1010/graphite coated spline shaft were compared with those of nylon 11 coated spline shaft. The results showed that the spline shaft could be coated with graded composites by double gun electrostatic spraying processing. The adhesion between nylon 1010 and spline shaft was enhanced by the addition of adhesive, and the compound coat had good combined properties. The service life of spline shaft was improved evidently by coating nylon 1010/graphite graded composites, and the properties were the same as those of nylon 11 coating spline shaft.
