摘　　要：我国农业正经历传统农业向现代农业的转变,以农产品质量标准来组织农业生产是提升农产品国际竞争力的必由之路,提高和加强农业生产管理是标准化生产的重要保证。借鉴工业工程在工业生产管理中的成功经验,从标准化生产、现场管理、物料管理和质量管理等方面探讨工业工程在农业生产管理中的应用。Agriculture in China is changing from traditional agriculture to modern. It is the only way to gaininternational competition advantages of primary production by organizing agriculture manufacture according to farm production quality criteria. To improve and enhance agriculture management is an important guarantee of standardizing production. This paper discusses the application of industrial engineering (IE) to agriculture production management on subjects of standardizing production, spot management, material management, quality management and so on, using for the reference the successful experiences of the application of IE toindustry production management.
