蚂蚁的补肾固齿作用与牙周病肾虚造型的初步研究

摘　　要：本研究给小鼠注射醋酸氢化可的松造成了牙周病肾虚造型。再用蚁液治疗,观察牙周组织病理结果表明蚂蚁有补肾固齿作用。A animal model of periodonal disease with kidney deficiency was made de hydrocortison acttac(0.25mg/0.1ml. day)in mice,followed by treatment with guttae polyrhachis vicina roger(0.125g/0.5ml. day). The periodonal histopathologieal caange was observed and the results showed that polyrhachis vicina roger could tonify the kidney and rein—force the teeth.
