摘　　要：为解决西部严重缺水地区人畜饮水问题,自1996年至今,地矿部门在新疆分3个阶段相继开展了特别找水计划、国土资源大调查的地下水勘查和严重缺水地区地下水勘查示范工程,在劣质水区成功找到了多处可供人畜饮用的优质地下水源,以岳普湖县下巴扎乡严重缺水区地下水勘查为例,阐述了勘查经验在塔里木盆地西缘喀什噶尔河流域第四系松散层中找水的示范作用.In order to solve the drinking water problems of human being and fowl in western China,through three different stages, an special plan for prospecting water that was organized and finished by Ministry of Geology from 1996 to today ,this plan became an demonstration engineering of resource investigation in China to grounding water exploration in heavily shortage water area ,many good quality water resources are found successful in bad water quality area . This paper takes exploration practice of groundwater in lack of YuePu country for example ,the successful experiences in unconsolidated rocks of Quaternary is discussed in Kaheger river, western China.
