摘　　要：通过在新疆哈密五堡乡南大草滩严重缺水地区的水文地质勘察,找到了一个日供水量为3 000 m3/d的小型水源地,为在同类地区找水提供了一定的找水经验.A small headwaters of 3000m3/d was found in south Dacaotan of Hami, Xinjiang. The experience from that will be helpful for water seeking in other water-deficient area. The discovery of this water source will play an important role in boosting race friendship,promoting economic development, society progress and improving of the living standard in this area.
