电话传输心电图在冠心病康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :通过对出院后冠心病患者的电话传输心电图 (TTEM)的监测 ,考察其在康复初期的应用价值。方法 :对 6 1例 4 2～ 85岁冠心病患者应用 TTEM与出院时常规 ECG作对照分析研究。观察其心律失常 (AR)和心肌缺血 (MIS)的诊断敏感度及其与监测次数的关系。结果 :TTEM的 AR、MIS诊断敏感度分别为 91.2 %和 71.9% ,监测次数与敏感度成正比 ,TTEM与 ECG有明显差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :TTEM能及时检出阵发性无规律的 AR,在冠心病的二。Objective:To investigate the applied value of transtelephonic ECG monitoring (TTEM) in the early phase of rehabilitation of discharged coronary heart disease patient.Methods:Sixty\|one patients with coronary heart disease,age 42~85,were arranged to enter the study.When they were dischaged,their routine ECG(RECG) and TTEM were analyzed.Results:The sensitivity of AR and MIS diagnosis were 91 2% and 71 9% respectively,the relationship between monitoring number of times and (AR and MIS) sensitivity were in positive proportion.The difference was significant ( P <0 01) between TTEM and RECG.Conclusion:TTEM can find out the paroxysmal,and irregular AR and MIS.It plays an important role in the treatment and prevention of coronary heart disease at the second and third level.
