论科学发展观的人本价值取向

摘　　要：以人为本是科学发展观的核心价值,它的丰富内容是在深刻反思和总结当代世界,尤其是当代中国所面临的“类发展困境”中提出来的,具有很强的现实针对性。坚持以人为本,是马克思主义社会发展观的必然逻辑,是建设社会主义和实现共产主义、巩固共产党执政地位的必然要求,也契合当今的时代潮流和当代中国的现实国情。在发展中贯彻落实以人为本的思想,就必须以人民群众的根本利益为出发点和落脚点,全面实施人才强国战略,坚持和树立正确的政绩观,并强化制度化建设和执法力度。As the core value of the scientific development, humanism is of great practical significance. Adhering to humanism is the logic of Marxism's social development view, which reflects the essence of the socialism and the goal of the communism and corresponds to the contemporary Chinese situation and constructing experience. It is also the base for the CPC. In order to adhere to humanism in the process of development, we should always take into consideration the people's interest. And we should also build up and insist on the view of scientific development and post achievement and strengthen systemized construction and execution of the law.
