摘　　要：《概率论与数理统计》是理工科院校绝大部分专业重要的基础课程。实践表明,在教学中注意数学模型的建立与求解,能培养学生应用数学的能力和创新意识,而应用多媒体等辅助教学手段可以激发学生学习数学的兴趣。Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics is the most important and basic course for the students of science and engineering. This paper is a summary of course renovations based on the textbooks, database and electronic materials. It proves that the establishment of the mathematical models and problem solving can develop students mathematical abilities and skills on its applications and renovations. The use of multi media method in teaching mathematics can stimulate student motivations and desire of learning.
