摘　　要：目的:建立通心络胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱 :KromasilC18柱 (4.6mm×150mm ,5μm)。流动相 :甲醇-水 (30 :70)。检测波长 :230nm。流量 :1.0ml/min。结果 :芍药苷平均回收率为99.5 % ,RSD=3.7 % (n=5)。结论:该方法简便灵敏、重现性好。Objective:To establish the determination method of paeoniflorin content in tongxinluo capsules.Methods:HPLC was used with Kromasil C18column(4.6×150mm,5μm).The mobile phrase was consisted of methanol-water(30:70).The detection wavelength was230nm.The flowrate was1ml?min -1 .Results:The mean recovery of paeoniflorin was99.5%and RSD was3.7%(n=5).Conclusion:This method is simple,reliable,repeatable and can be used for the quality control of tongxinluo capsules.
