丹芪益心贴对冠心病心绞痛患者血浆TXA_2和PGI_2水平的影响

摘　　要：丹芪益心贴是以益气活血中药为主提取制备的外用穴位敷贴剂。对33例冠心病心绞痛患者进行治疗(贴于膻中、神阙或左心俞、至阳穴),观察治疗前后患者血浆TXA_2和PGI_2含量的变化。结果:治疗前冠心病患者TXB_2值比正常对照组明显增高,6-Keto-PGF_(1a)含量和6-Keto-PGF_(1a)/TXB_2比值明显降低(P<0.01)治疗后不仅TXB_2值明显降低,6-Keto-PGF_(1a)含量和6-Keto-PGF_(1a)/TXB_2比值也明显升高(P<0.05)。Salvia and Astragalus Plaster is made of Chinese herbal drugs that benefit Qi and activate blood for topical application on the acupoints.33 cases with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were treated by applying the plaster on Danzhong (CV 17),Shenque(CV 8),or left Xinsbu(GV 15), Zbiyang(GV9)to observe change in the content of plasma TXA_2 and PGI_2 before and after the treatments.The results showed that before the trcatments,the value of TXB_2 in the patients with coronary heart disease increased remarkably than that in the normal control group,and the contents of 6- Keto-PGF_1 a and 6-Keto-PGF_1 a/TXB_2 ratio decreased obviously(P<0.01);and that after the treatments, not only the value of TXB_2 decreased remarkably, and the contents of 6-Keto-PGF_1a and 6-Keto- PGF_1 a/TXB_2 ratio also increased remarkably.
