摘　　要：本文就小儿哮喘微型灌肠剂的质量控制研究作一报道。对灌肠剂中的主药麻黄采用HPLC法进行了麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的含量测定。并对灌肠剂中的蒲公英、丹参、半夏、忍冬藤、前胡进行了薄层层析定性鉴定。This article makes a report on the study of quality control of miniature enema for infantile asthma,The contents of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine were determi- ned by HPLC for Herba Ephedrae,a main ingredient in enema and the qualitative identification by chromato- graphy of thin layer was done for Herba Taraxaei,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Caulis Lonicerae and Radix Peucedani in enema.
