摘　　要：政治文明主要包括政治意识文明、政治制度文明、政治行为文明等等,而政治制度是政治文明最主要的载体和体现,在政治文明建设中处于核心地位。这就决定了作为我国根本政治制度的人民代表大会制度。The political civilization includes political consciousness civilization, political system civilization, political behavior civilization,etc.The political system is political civilization main carrier and embodiment,in the key position in political civilization construction. This has determined to be regarded as the people's congress system of the fundamental political system of our country,and it has very important function in socialist political civilization construction.
