电针内关与五输穴对正常人免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：将十二经脉分为12个实验组,采用同一的6×6拉丁方实验设计,在同等条件下观察电针五输穴和内关穴对正常大学生免疫功能的效应差异。结果发现,合穴组的红细胞粘附促进因子(RFER)以及井穴组的 E 花环掏抑制因子在电针前后的差别都有着统计学意义(P<0.05)。表明在正常生理状态下,内关穴和五输穴的电针效应仍存在着一定的相对特异性。The influence of electro-acupuncturing PC6(Neiguan)and five shu points of 12 regular meridians on immunologic function of normal young adults were studied with 6X6 Latin square design in this work.In 12 groups according to each meridian,the immunologic function of the organism were observed respectively just before and after electro-acupuncturing PC6 and five shu points.It was found that the RFER and the E-lymphocyte garland inactivator were significantly different between before and after electro-acupuncture (P<0.05).The result of present experiments show that PC6 and five shu points have their relative specificity physiologically.
