摘  要:应用自制的冻干人硬脑膜微粒及微丝作为血管内栓塞材料,经实验研究及临床应用证实,栓塞材料很容易注入导管内,能有效栓塞不同脏器的靶血管,使组织缺血坏死,对周围组织无反应,可起到长期栓塞的作用.The authors utilized lyophilized human dura matter microns and microfilaments as a material of endovascular embolization. The results of experimental studies and clinical application showed that lyophilized human dura matter microns and microfilaments could easily embolize the target vessels through the catheter. This study showed that ischemia and necroses were found in embolized tissues by arteriography and pathologic examination. This embolic agent could permanently embolized the target vessels and no adverse effects to the normal brain tissues.
