依济复治疗萎缩性舌炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨依济复对萎缩性舌炎的临床疗效。方法　选择 4 6例萎缩性舌炎患者 ,随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组用依济复喷洒舌部萎缩区 ,对照组用安慰剂 ,2周、4周时复诊 ,观察比较疗效。结果　 2周后治疗组的疼痛程度较对照组显著降低 ,萎缩面积尚无明显差异 ;4周后无论是疼痛程度还是萎缩面积 ,治疗组较对照组均有明显改善。结论　依济复喷剂治疗萎缩性舌炎能促进萎缩之舌苔的再生 ,还有一定的止痛作用 。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of rhEGF in local treatment on atrophic glossitis. Methods 46 patients with atrophic glossitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group sprayed rhEGF on their tongue’s atrophic sites four times each day while the patients in the control group sprayed distilled water. Clinical effects were evaluated after two weeks and four weeks respectively. Results After two weeks, patients in the treatment group suffered from less pain than the patients in the control group(P<0.05),but no significant difference of atrophic area was found between two groups(P>0.05).About either pain degree or atrophic area,there was significant difference between two groups after four weeks(P<0.025).Conclusions Local spray of rhEGF not only relieves the pain caused by atrophic glossitis, but also accelerate the repairing of atrophic tongue covering.
