摘  要:长江流域水资源虽然与西北和华北地区比较相对丰富,但部分地区也时常干旱缺水。长江流域多年平均降水深1067mm,平均地表水深526mm,径流系数约0.5,雨水利用潜力巨大。根据我国缺水现状和历史经验,分析了长江流域降雨特性和雨水利用潜力、雨水利用方式及与径流的关系;并对如何估算和应用雨水资源进行了探讨。As aggravation of water shortages and water pollutions,our country are pushing forward saving-water society.Though water resource in the Changjiang river basin is relatively more than that in northwest and north of China,drought and water shortages often appear in some areas of the Changjiang river basin.Since annual average precipitation is 1067 mm,average runoff water depth is 526 mm.Runoff coefficient is about 0.5 in the Changjiang river basin,rainwater utilization has huge potential.According to water shortage situation of our country and history experience rainfall characteristic and rainwater utilization potential of the Changjiang river basin was analyzed.Relation between rainwater utilization method and its effect on runoff were discussed.Moreover how to estimate and userainwater resource was studied.
