摘　　要：从系统结构和层次结构的分析入手 ,对调度系统的组成与实现进行了结构性描述 ,借助internet技术的支持 ,对远程调度控制进行了理论性展望 ;通过对透明性原理的阐述 ,提出了有限授权这一观点性见解 。this paper analyses the system construction and layer construction gives a constructive description of arranging system makes a theotical expectation of the remote arrang ement control depends on the support of internet technology puts forward a conceptive opinion of limited arthority by the explanation of transparent theory conducts a note according to the sample from angang production line.
