水冶竖炉球团配混料系统改造及达产实践

摘　　要：介绍了安钢水铁对现有竖炉球团配混料系统进行工艺升级 ,新上了一套配料、烘干、润磨系统。该系统建成投产时 ,烘干与润磨部分存在一定问题 ,后经过不断的设备改进、工艺参数的调整 ,烘干与润磨效果达到了设计要求 。This paper introduces the technical ungrading of the existing shaft pellet mixing system in angang shuitie and the new sets of materiad mixing dring and grinding system at the begining of putting into operation there is a cortain problem in drying and grinding part now the olrying and grinding effect could meret the design requirement and the pellet quality is improved greatly ofter equipment improving and technical data adjusting continuously.
