摘　　要：唐钢建设的FTSC工艺的薄板坯连铸机与日本三菱提供的热带钢轧机相结合 ,组成世界最先进的超薄带钢生产线。经过一年多的生产实践 ,已经基本掌握了薄板坯连铸的技术特点 ,铸坯产量和质量不断提高。本文简要叙述了唐钢薄板坯连铸机的设备技术和生产工艺的特点 。The Flexible Thin Slab Caster built up at Tang Steel was integrated with hot strip mill supplied by Mitsubishi and became the World's most advanced ultra thin strip production line.The technological properties have been understood after more than one year production practice , ramp-up of production and improvement of quality are taking place step by step on thin slab caster.This paper described briefly the features of casting machine and characteristics of production process in addition to the details on the operator training and running of the caster.
