摘　　要：目的　为了提高HIV抗体检测工作质量 ,最大限度防止误检和漏检 ,保证HIV抗体筛查结果的正确性 ,避免实验室交叉感染。方法　对HIV初筛实验室进行质量控制 (QC)。结果　大部分实验室绘出了质控图 ,并能利用质控图监控本实验室的HIV抗体检测工作 ,及时处理实验中发生的“失控”、“位移”现象。质控血清的S/CO值基本能落在X± 2SD之内。结论　做好HIV初筛实验室的QC工作 ,保证了日常工作的连续性和可比性 。Objective To enhance the work quality of HIV antibody examination,mostly prevent misexam and omission,secure the accuracy of HIV antibody screen results,and avoid the lab cross infection.Methods Conduct quality control(QC) on HIV primary screen lab.Results Most lab have drawed the map of quality control,and with the map to supervise the HIV antibody exam work of the lab,timely deal with the ”out of control”、”position change” phenomenon happened in the experiment.the S/CO value of QC serum basically fall within X±2SD.Conclusion Doing well the QC work of HIV primary screen lab has secured the continuity and comparation of daily work and played an important role in ehe reliability of supervision of lab results.
