摘 要:为提高壁饰草毯的生存基础和结絮强度,设计了不同基质组成比例(A,B2个平行方案的草炭,锯末,棉籽壳,珍珠岩,松树皮粉,塑粒,海绵加棕皮的体积百分比分别为20,15,25,10,10,10,10,和30,15,20,10,10,10,10,5),不同厚度(3,5,7cm),不同吸水剂水平(0,3,6,9g/m2),一次结构性成型工艺和自动循环供液系统。结果表明,以高营养、质轻、高持水性的棉籽壳比例高的A基质明显占优;高基质厚度、高吸水剂水平及一次性成型工艺和自动循环供液系统对壁饰草毯的商品实用性均具正效作用。To improve the living conditions and sward-weaving intensity of the decorative tapestry, different substratum (peat, sawdust, cottonseed coat, pearlite, powder of pine bark, plastic pellets, sponge and palm bark) were used in scheme A (the volume percentage of the components are 20, 15,25,10,10,10 and 10,respectively.) and scheme B (the volume percentage of the components are30,15,20,10,10,10,10 and 5,respectively.). Different thickness of the substratum (3, 5, 7 cm) and different levels of the absorbent (0, 3, 6, 9 g/m^2), as well as formation techniques and automatic circle system for nutritious liquid supply were designed. The results indicated that scheme A was superior to scheme B, it was very effective to use thicker substratum, high level absorbents, formation techniques and automatic circle system for nutritious liquid supply in grass tapestry production.
