摘 要:以3种草坪致病真菌为试材,采用室内生长速率法测定了木霉菌Trichodermaspp与三者互作关系。结果表明,木霉菌与3种致病真菌间均存在明显的互作关系,其互作类型与作用强度各不相同:木霉菌与立枯丝核菌Rhizoctoniasolani间存在拮抗作用,但抑制强度不大;木霉菌与腐霉菌Pythiumaphanidermatum不仅存在拮抗作用,且对腐霉菌的抑制强度较大;木霉菌与镰刀菌Fuariumspp 间存在明显的协生作用。By means of growth ratio, the interaction between Trichoderma spp. and other three fungi which can infect turfgrass was studied. The results demonstrated that the interactions between Trichoderma spp and every fungus were significant, while the interaction type and intensity were different. The interaction between Trichoderma spp and Rhizoctonia solani was negative, but the intensity was not too high. The interaction between Trichoderma spp and Pythium aphanidermatum was also negative, the former can inhibit the latter effectively. The interaction between Trichoderma spp and Fuarium spp. was positive.
