摘　　要：【目的】探讨NiTi记忆合金渡膜扩张支架在外耳道闭锁手术治疗中对于新建外耳道再狭窄闭锁的预防作用。【方法】在15耳先天性、3耳后天性外耳道闭锁病人的外耳道成形术中,应用NiTi记忆合金渡膜支架扩张新建外耳道,平均随访1年以上,观察术后新建外耳道的再闭锁情况。【结果】18耳外耳道闭锁病人均获得宽大、光滑的外耳道,未见术后瘢痕挛缩和再闭锁现象,术后16耳获得较满意的听力效果。【结论】NiTi记忆合金渡膜支架在外耳道闭锁手术治疗的应用中,对于预防术后再狭窄闭锁和防止鼓膜外侧愈合有一定的作用。ObjectiveTo explore the preventive effect of Nitinol shape memory alloy netlike bracket on restenosis of the newly constructed external ear canal in constructing the auditory canal atresia.MethodsFifteen ears with congenital aural atresia and three ears with postnatal aural atresia had been constructed the auditory canal atresia using Nitinol shape memory alloy netlike bracket. After surgery all the patients were followed up in average of over one year. The state of restenosis of the newly constructed external ear canal was observed. ResultsThe eighteen ears had a smooth and bighearted external ear canal. The state of restenosis of the newly constructed external ear canal was not observed. Sixteen ears had approving effect of hearing. ConclusionThe Nitinol shape memory alloy netlike bracket has a definite effect in preventing the restenosis of new external ear canal and to avoid lateralized tympanic membrane in constructing the external ear canal atresia.
