摘　　要：目的 探讨乳突腔同种骨移植的价值。 方法 对73耳(完壁式和开放式鼓室成形术)采用同种骨乳突移植Ⅰ期重建外耳道进行了回顾性的分析和总结。结果 73耳中69耳植骨获得了成功(94.5%),术后平均干耳时间为4周。并发症14耳(19.9%),其中植骨失败4耳(5.4%)。结论 中耳感染灶内植骨能够成功;同种骨移植的并发症重在预防,尤其要注意术中的处理,术后的随访、换药;感染与同种骨裸露密切相关,感染是同种骨乳突移植失败的主要原因;耳内镜技术操作简便、视野清晰,在同种骨乳突移植手术并发症的处理中有其独到的一面。OBJECTIVE To study the value of boneallografts transplantation to obliteration of mastoid cavityin tympanoplasty operation. METHODS Complicationsof 73 patients (combined approach tympanoplasty andopen mathoded mastoidectomy with tympanoplasty)with mastoid cavity bone allografts transplantation one-stage restruction of external audiotory canals in sup-purative otitis media were reviewed. RESULTS 69patients acquired success among 73 patients (94.5 %),the average ear dry time was 4 weeks. 14 patients oc-curred complications(19.9 %), 4 patienst failed(5.4 %).CONCLUSION (1)Bone allografts transplantation couldsucceed among suppurative otitis media patients.(2)To pay more attention on the prevention of the compli-cations of bone allografts transplantation, especiallyduring the operation and the follow-up after operation.(3)Infection have close correlation with the nake of boneallografts; infection may be the main reason of failurein bone allografts trasplantation; (4)Otoendoscopy issimple, clear and have important special function indealing with the complications of bone allograftstransplantation.[
