SARS冠状病毒感染恒河猴血常规及血生化的检测

摘　　要：观察SARS冠状病毒 (SARS CoV)感染对恒河猴的血常规及各项血生化指标的影响。采集 6只恒河猴感染SARS CoV前后的血液样本 ,测定血常规及各项血生化指标 ,对测定结果作统计学处理。结果表明 ,感染SARS CoV后RBC、WBC、PLT、LYM等血液学指标降低。ALT、AST、Cr等血液生化值明显升高。感染SARSThe changes of blood routine and biochemical indexes in Macaca rhesus were explored before and after infection of severe acute respiratory syndrome associated coronavirus (SARS-CoV). Blood samples were obtained and analysed from 6 Macaca rhesus before and after infection of active SARS-CoV. The average value,standard deviation and t-test value were obtained and analysed by statistic method. The counts of RBC,WBC,PLT,LYM showed significant reduction(P<0.05) in Macaca rhesus after infection of active SARS-CoV. The values of ALT,AST,Cr showed remarkably significant increase(P<0.01) in Macaca rhesus after infection of active SARS-CoV. The results indicated that the changes of hematoliogc and biochemical indexes pre- and post-infection of SARS-CoV in Macaca rhesus were similar to those in human.
