摘  要:目的 探讨甲状腺激素对哺乳类胚胎发育及青少年时期的作用 ,研究甲状腺激素对脑发育的影响。方法 用双胎母绵羊 ,每胎其中一只胎羊在母羊妊娠中期切除甲状腺。术后继续妊娠至足月分娩 ,取大脑视皮质观察锥体细胞。结果  4只去甲胎羊棘突数为 (11 7± 1 97)~ (30 2± 0 2 2 ) ,对照组为 (2 4 0± 2 77)~ (37 85±2 6 6 ) ,P <0 0 1,差异有显著性 ;生长圆锥分别为 (1 71± 0 0 1)~ (3 95± 0 5 1)和 (0 5 9± 0 2 9)~ (0 91± 0 73) ,P <0 0 1,差异有显著性 ;基底树突数分别为 (2 0 5± 0 2 2 )~ (3 0 0± 0 12 )和 (5 0 0± 0 32 )~ (6 6 5± 1 14 ) ,P <0 0 1,差异有显著性。结论 甲状腺激素减少可影响大脑锥体细胞发育。Objective To elucidate the role of thyroid hormones during the embryo and juvenile periods in mammal, and to observe the effects of thyroid hormones on the cerebrum development. Method During mid pregnancy of the female sheep with twins, one fetus of the twins was thyroidectomized. The female sheep with twins were kept pregnancy to birth after the operation. The pyramidal cells in the cerebral visual cortex of the twins were with Golgi staining for observation. Result The number of spinous process, the growing cones and basal dendrites of the thyroidectomized sheep were different from the normal group. Conclusion The deficiency of thyroid hormones can influence the development of pyramidal cells in the cerebrum.
