摘  要:通过卡那霉素筛选、目的基因分子检测和生物学抗虫性鉴定 ,从转豇豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂基因不结球白菜遗传工程植株自交后代中选育出抗虫性可遗传的纯合材料。用室内人工饲喂方法 ,以鳞翅目小菜蛾、斜纹夜蛾幼虫为靶害虫 ,对转基因植株进行抗虫性鉴定。试验结果显示 ,转CpTI基因纯合材料对 1~ 2龄小菜蛾和斜纹夜蛾幼虫具有抗性 。Through kanamycin screening,PCR-Southern blot analysis and insect resistance identification,the homozygous material with insect resistance was selected from the transgenic plant progenies of non-heading Chinese cabbage.The larvae of Plutella xylostella (Linnaeus)and Prodenia litura Fabricius as target insects,the insect resistance bioassay had been made for CpTI transgenic plants by the artificial feed.The test showed that the transgenic homozygous material had insect resistance to the first or second instar larvae of Plutella xylostella (Linnaeus) and Prodenia litura Fabricius.The degree of insect resistance was different obviously in lines or plant of the same line.
