摘  要:目的 :研究中药复方制剂安可梦口服液 (简称AKM)治疗慢性疲劳综合征的作用机制。方法 :采用建立强制冷水游泳模拟慢性疲劳发病过程的动物模型 ,从应激角度 ,观察应激导致动物疲劳时 ,其大体行为及神经内分泌系统的变化和AKM对该变化的影响 ,初步探讨AKM治疗慢性疲劳的机理。结果 :实验结果显示强制冷水游泳应激使小鼠自发活动减少 ,出现抑郁倾向 ;力竭游泳时间缩短 ,体力下降 ;血清中肾上腺素 (E)、多肥胺 (DA)、5 羟色胺 (5 HT)含量升高 ,肾上腺抗坏血酸含量降低 ,这些与慢性疲劳患者症状表现和实验室检查结果相似 ,AKM可以调节上述变化 ,表明其具有抗应激、抗疲劳作用。结论 :抗应激和抗疲劳是AKM治疗慢性疲劳综合征的重要机理所在。Objective: To study the therapeutic mechanism of Ankemeng(AKM) Oral Liquid in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.Method: Chronic fatigue animal model was prepared by forcing the mouse to swim in cold water,changes of the behavior and neuroendocrine before and after the application of AKM were observed to study the mechanism of AKM in treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.Results: Animal model which was forced to swim in cold water showed a reduction in spontaneous activity,swimming time until fatigue and descend of the physical strength.Furthermore,epinephrine,dopamine,hydroxytryptamice level in the serum were enhanced,ascorbic acid in adrenal gland was depressed.These were in accordance with the clinical manifestation of patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.AKM can regulate these changes which has an effect of anti-stress and anti-fatigue.Conclusion:Anti-stress and anti-fatigue were the key mechanisms of AKM in treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
