摘　　要：农业剩余劳动力转移贯穿了整个的日本经济高速增长时期。伴随着工业化进程的快速推进,在政府相关的农业政策、劳动力政策以及教育政策等的推动下,日本的农业剩余劳动力在该时期实现了成功的转移。日本农业剩余劳动力转移的成功经验给我国提供了许多重要启示。The surplus of agricultural labor force has run throughout the economic boom period of Japan as a whole. However, following the high-speed advancement of industrialization, this surplus was successfully transferred in the same period under the support of the government’s relevant agricultural policies, labor force policies and educational policies. The successful experience of Japan in this field will provide China with important enlightenment for reference.
