摘　　要：经过20年的改革开放,我国商品流通产业正在逐步走向产业化,正在向第一、第二、第三次产业全面延伸,流通业的先导作用更加突出。当前,流通产业一体化的进程进一步加快。今后我国流通产业的改革与发展趋势是:走向大流通、大市场和大贸易,并且逐步形成现代化的大流通体系、市场化的大流通环境和国际化的大贸易体制。After twenty years' reform and opening up, commodity circulation in China is approaching industrialization. As it spreading through the primary, second and tertiary industry, the leading role of circulation has become increasingly noticeable. At present, the integration in circulation industry is speeding up. The tendency in the reform and development of circulation industry in China is: large circulation, large market and large trade. And then the large modern circulation system, large marketized circulation environment, and large internationalized trade system will gradually take shape.
