摘　　要：目的　探讨椎动脉损伤的诊断与治疗方法 ,旨在提高对椎动脉损伤的认识及早期诊治水平。方法　报告 2例椎动脉损伤病例 ,结合文献就椎动脉损伤的类型、临床表现、诊断及治疗现状等问题进行讨论。结果　 1例为椎动脉横断 ,1例为假性动脉瘤 ,分别采用手术结扎及血管内治疗方法 ,疗效满意 ,术后无神经受损表现。结论　椎动脉损伤救治成功的关键在于尽早明确诊断 ,快速急救 ,选择适当的方法及途径。Objective To study diagnosis and ther ap eutic approaches to vertebral artery injury in order to improve the level of ear ly diagnosis and treatment.Methods Two cases of vertebral artery injury were reporte d.Additionally,the clinical typing,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and clinical management were discussed with a review of literature.Results Two case presented fine healing without manifesta tion of neurological deficit postoperatively.One was treated with ligated the di stal part of affected vertebral artery,one with intravascular treatment.Conclusion Early diagnosis,fast first aid treatment and r easonable choices of therapeutic approaches are important factors influencing em ergence treatment of vertebral artery injury.
