摘 要:目的 为了防止髁突颈部手术损伤颌内动脉提供详细的解剖资料。方法 解剖 30侧成人尸体头颅标本 ,通过乙状切迹水平线和髁突颈部后缘垂直线 ,观测颌内动脉起始部到该二线上、下 ,内、外的垂直距离及其走行。结果 颌内动脉起始到乙状切迹水平线上、下距离分别为 0 .31cm± 0 .1cm和 0 .2 5cm± 0 .12cm ,重叠 7例 ;到髁突颈部后缘垂直线内、外侧距离分别为 0 .2 3cm± 0 .10cm和 0 .32cm± 0 .15cm ,重叠 5例。颌内动脉走行于翼外肌浅、深层率分别位 90 %和 10 %。结论 乙状切迹水平线和髁突颈部后缘垂直线是保护颌内动脉的重要标志。Objective To supply anatomic material f or preventing internal maxillary artery injury in the surgery of condylar proces s of mandible.Methods Thirty adult head specimens fixed with 10% formal in were dissected and a horizontal line of incisura mandibula and a vertical lin e of neck of condyloid process of mandible were drawn on the incisura mandibula and the neck of condyloid process of mandibula.The distance between the horizont al line of incisura mandibula and the vertical line of neck of condyloid process of mandible of the starting point of internal maxillary artery were measured an d the anatomical location of that through lateral pterygoid muscle were observed .Results ①The distance from the starting point of interna l maxillary line of incisura mandibula was 0.31cm± 0.10cm and 0.25cm ± 0.12cm,respectively,with seven cases overlap.②The distance from the start ing point of internal maxillary artery to the medial and lateral end of the vert ical line of neck of condyloid process of mandible was 0.23cm± 0.10cm an d 0.32cm± 0.15cm,respectively,with five cases overlap.③The ration of in ternal maxillary artery through the lateral pterygoid muscle superficity and dee ps to fossa infratemporal was 90% and 10%,respectively.Conclusion The date my guide the surgery of condylar proc ess mandible to avoid injury of internal maxillary artery.
