摘 要:以1mol产品需要的能耗为目标函数,采用复合形优化方法对萃取精馏过程进行了优化计算,其结果表明当萃取精馏塔的塔板数为12块、进料位置为第8块、溶剂比为0.96、回流比为0.88、产品的流量为0.61mol/h;溶剂1,4丁二醇回收塔的塔板数为12块,回流比为0.66;四氢呋喃提浓塔的塔板数为7块,回流比为0.80时,该萃取精馏过程不仅满足产品的纯度99.0%的要求,而且能耗最低.The process optimization of extract distillation with three towers for tetrahydrofurn(THF)water with binary azeotrope with extract agent 1,4butanediol was made by complex method based on consumed energy of 1 mol product THF and the optimizing results showed that:(1) the total plate number of THF extractive distillation was 12,raw material was fed at eighth plate,the rate of extract agent and raw material was equal to 0.96,reflux ratio is 0.88 and the flow of overhead product was 0.61 mol/s;(2) the total plate number of BD recovery distillation was 12,raw material was fed at fourth plate,its reflux ratio is 0.66;(3) the total plate number of THF recovery distillation was 7,raw material was fed at forth plate,its reflux ratio is 0.80,the consumed energy of the process was lower with eligible product THF.
