摘 要:皂素工业是一个重要的生物医药化工行业,其外排废水属难处理高浓度含酸有机废水.皂素工业污染物行业环境标准目前在国内外尚属空白,为保护重点水资源及促进该行业清洁生产,其标准的制订十分重要而迫切.工业性现场试验的结果表明,皂素生产废水生化处理后可溶性残留的COD为300~500mg/L,经氧化脱色处理后可达到200mg/L左右.建议COD排放质量浓度限值:现有企业300mg/L,新建企业200mg/L;总量限值:现有企业,150kg/t皂素;新建企业,80kg/t皂素.Saponin industry is an important biological, medical and chemical industry. The wastewater from saponin production which is of high acidic organic is difficult to treat. At present, there is no industry environmental standards for saponin industry at home and abroad. In order to protect the key water resources and impel the saponin industry to carry on cleaning produce, laying down saponin industry environmental standards is becoming important and urgent. The results from the industrial spot experiment show that COD which cann't be treated biologically in the saponin wastewater is from 300 (mg/L) to 500 mg/L. It can decline to about 200 mg/L after the treatment of oxidizing decolor process. Suggested it is that the limited value of COD emission concentration should be 300 mg/L for the existing enterprises, 200 mg/L for the newbuilt ones; and the limited value of COD emission gross quantity should be 150 kg/t saponin for the existing enterprises, 80 kg/t saponin for the newbuilt ones.
