构建与工业化相适应的农业保护体系

摘　　要：农业保护政策不能与WTO规则相冲突,又要与经济发展阶段特征相一致。我国现行农业保护体系存在诸多问题,与新型工业化不相适应,不能从根本上增强农业竞争力和增加农民收入;与新型工业化相适应的农业保护体系是一个崭新的、复杂的系统,建立这一体系,必须加强正确舆论引导、整合各方面资金,改革相关管理体制。The policy of protection on agriculture can't conflict the rules of WTO,and should consistence with the characteristics of economy developmental stage. Chinese current system of protection on agriculture has many problems, it does not applies to the new industrialization, it can't improve the competitive ability of agriculture, and it can't increase the farmer's income by the root. The system of protection on agriculture which applies to the industrialization is a new and complex one ,it will be established with enhancing the right public opinion leading, integrating everyone's funds and reforming the related management system.
