摘　　要：三峡工程是一项符合可持续发展战略的生态工程,水库与主体工程相辅相成,库区的水环境建设是三峡工程总体建设的重要组成部分。依法治水,用法律手段保障库区水环境安全,具有极大的现实意义。Three Gorges project, which accords with sustainable development strategy, is an ecological project. The reservoir and main project are highly related to each other and water environment construction is important component of general project of Three Gorges construction. Management of water by law and protection of water environment by law oare of great significance.
