摘 要:建立了新雪颗粒中栀子苷含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。色谱柱为DiamonsilC18(200mm×4 6mmi d ,5μm),流动相为乙腈 水(体积比为15∶85),流速1 0mL/min,检测波长238nm,进样量20μL。栀子苷在25~400mg/L时其浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,方法平均回收率为101 2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1 6%。A high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of geniposide in Xinxue granules. Geniposide was extracted by ultrasonic extraction for 30 min. The chromatographic separation was carried out on a Diamonsil C_(18) column (200 mm×4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm) with a mobile phase consisting of an acetonitrile-water (15∶85, (v/v)) mixture. The detection wavelength was set at 238 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the ranged of 25-400 (mg/L) for geniposide. The average recovery of geniposide was 101.2% with a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.6% and contents of geniposide in the granules ranged from 0.841 to 0.923 (mg/g). This method is simple, reliable and suitable for quality control of Xinxue granules.
