摘　　要：目的探讨三孔法腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除的临床价值.方法回顾分析并发胆囊阑尾良性疾病的42例患者行三孔法腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除术的临床资料.结果42例均获成功,手术时间为30～90 min,术后3～5d出院,无并发症发生.结论三孔法腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除具有创伤小、术后恢复快、住院日短等优点,治疗胆囊阑尾良性疾病安全有效,并可明显降低医疗费用.Objective: To study the clinical application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy with three holes technique. Methods: 42 patients were performed combined laparoscopic surgery with three holes technique and clinical data were retrospective analysis. Results: The combined laparoscopic surgery of 42 patients were successful. Operation time was 30 to 90 minutes. Time of hospitalization was 3 to 5 days. No complications occurred. Conclusions: The laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy with three holes technique has the advantage of microtrauma, little suffer, quick recovery, short hospitalization, safety and lower expenditure.
