摘　　要：由河北经贸大学经济研究所、河北百强企业分析中心研究起草的《河北百强企业分析报告》,得到省领导及有关部门高度重视并给予充分肯定。根据省领导意见,省政府办公厅《内部通报》全文转发《2004年河北百强企业分析报告》,并加按语:河北百强企业在全省经济发展中具有举足轻重的地位。开展百强企业排序活动,跟踪研究河北省百强企业发展变化,从中把握规律,发现问题,明确改进方向和措施,对于加快全省企业改革与发展,提高经济运行质量和效益,具有十分重要的意义。《2004年河北百强企业分析报告》,数据详实,分析深刻,所提建议具有较强的针对性和可操作性。最近,河北经贸大学经济研究所的部分研究人员就河北百强企业竞争力有关问题作了进一步分析。本刊特选其中四篇刊发,希望能够引起学术界和管理者的关注。Editor Remark: The analysis report of Hebei Top 100 obtains high attention and fully confirms by province leadership and relative department, drawn up by Hebei University of Economics & Business of Institute of Economics and Analysis Center of Hebei Top 100. In light of comment of province leadership, Inner Report of Hebei Provincial Department of Offices redeliver whole article of the analysis report of Hebei Top 100 in 2004, and append remark:Hebei Top 100 occupies noticeable position in whole province economic development. We grasp rules and find problems from carrying out reorder of Hebei Top 100 and coming after investigating Top 100 development, point out improvement directions and measures. There are important meanings to accelerating corporate reform and development of whole province and enhancing effect of economic operation. The analysis report of Hebei Top 100 in 2004 has data veritable、analysis profound and suggestion more utilizable. Lately, some researchers of Hebei University of Economics & Business of Institute of Economics have deep analysis for competitiveness of Hebei Top 100. The journal selects four to announce.
