摘　　要：随着现代企业对供应链管理的关注,有其自身特点的烟草行业也开始涉足这一领域。本文就从卷烟企业"供应链" 的初始和重要环节--辅材供应商管理与大家做一个交流,力求通过供应商的管理与优秀的供应商建立联盟关系,从而达到 双赢或多赢的目的。With the concern about'Supply Chain Management'of modern enterprise, the tobacco trade of having its one's own characteristic begins to set foot in this field too. This paper exchanges the auxiliary material supplier's managemen--Initial and importantlink from'Supply Chain'of cigarette enterprises and everybody, strive to make through the'supplier management'and outstanding supplier's setting-up alliance's relation, thus to achieve the dual-win or multi-win purpose.
