摘  要:北京亚运村建筑群地下防水工程达80个,最深者达-10.3m,针对防水面积大、地下水位高等不利因素,在施工中采取了一系列措施:降低地下水位,确保混凝土抗渗性能.做好特殊部位的防水处理,认真进行防水涂料施工,改进地下室防水层留槎部位和立墙保护层的作法,加强灰土防水层等,取得了良好效果。There are altogather 80 underground waterproofing projects in the XI Asian Games village in Beijing, while their deepest depth underground is-10.3m. In view of these disadvantages such as big area need for waterproofing and high level of subsoil water, several effective measures have been undertaken in construction. These are(1)dewatering of subsoil water, (2)full guarantee of leakage protection, (3)spe- cific treatment for some special waterproofing sections, (4)genuine construction of waterproofing coating, (5)improvemenet of waterproofing joint construction and vertical wall's protection layer in basement, (6) strengthening the limeearth waterproofing course etc. In conclusion, all have been confirmed finally with good results.
